The Spatial DNA
Framework
Beyond aesthetics lies the architecture of the self. Spatial DNA codifies the resonance between human character and built environments through four fundamental dimensions.
Weighted reactions across tagged rooms
Each interior in the assessment carries four scores — Character, Presence, Time, and Rhythm — rated from 0 to 10 (5 is neutral). Your response to an image becomes a preference weight: rejecting a room pushes you toward the opposite poles; loving it pulls you toward what that room embodies. Neutral interest contributes nothing.
After fifty rooms, we normalize each axis and read the signs. Those four poles compose one of sixteen Spatial DNA archetypes, while the magnitude of each score shows how strongly you lean.
Visual complexity and narrative density.
The psychological scale of a room.
Chronological connection — craft or innovation.
The emotional energy of the layout.
The Synthesis of Atmosphere
"A space is not merely a container for living, but a physical manifestation of one's internal tempo. By measuring how these four axes intersect, we derive a unique Time Signature — a blueprint for a home that doesn't just look right, but feels inevitable."
